Park Reservation is available from 8am-10pm 365 day a year. Set up is permitted the day prior to the event between 2pm and 6pm.
For events requesting overnights stays for a 2+ day event, please contact us for overnight fees and requirements.
DAILY PARK RESERVATION FEES: 50% non-refundable deposit required for booking. The remaining 50% is due upon set up team arrival.
DAILY EVENT FEES: Up to 25 people: $575 Up to 50 people: $1,050 Up to 100 people: $2,250 Up to 250 people: $5,375 Up to 500 people: $9,250 For events larger than 500 people you must contact us to discuss details.
PROVIDED: * 80 acres of jaw-dropping views, 10+ miles of trails, picturesque setting, fishing pond, swimming pond, mudding pond, playground, hammocks & tree swings sprinkled throughout the park.
* Mowed grass parking ranging from 1 - 15 acre(s), depending on event size.
* We provide 1 porta potty per 100 people.
* We provide trash cans and service.
* We provide check-in, park waiver signing and parking attendant.
* No electricity access. Generators are welcome.
* Water access available - pay per 10 minutes.
* List of reputable food/drink trucks that have an established history with the park. REQUIREMENTS: * All events MUST have an event coordinator - meaning one single person with which contact is consistent, event responsibilities are laid up on & whom is handling all event management.
* All event coordinators MUST sign a liability release contract on behalf of their entire event/company/club/group.
* Everyone entering the park MUST sign a liability waiver.
* All high risk events MUST have first responder medical crew ON SITE for the entirety of the event. Proof of emergency crew contract for the specific event date(s) must be provided prior to event.
* All high risk events MUST require participants to be 18 years of age or older. No minors may participate. All participants MUST wear helmets.
* No dogs are permitted on site, not even service dogs (as is our right pursuant to ADA Q25).
